摘 要:目的在经过反复灭鼠后小家鼠成为绝对优势种群的济南农村地区,观察采用毒饵盒对小家鼠的控制效果。方法 2014年7月选择济南市东部某乡村的982间房间,分为3组。第1-2组毒饵盒中放0.05%敌鼠钠小麦粒;第3组毒饵盒中放玉米粒毒饵。灭效考核为夹夜法和格粉板法(S100格法)。结果灭鼠前第1-2组以夹夜法调查小家鼠占总捕获数的95.24%(20/21);格粉板法调查小家鼠占种群组成的97.14%。灭鼠后格粉板法测得10、20、30和60 d控制效果分别为92.55%、93.27%、98.34%和98.51%。10 d与20 d比较无显著性差异(u=1.75,P〉0.05);10 d分别与30、60 d比较均差异十分显著(u=12.31,12.84,P〈0.01);20 d分别与30、60 d亦差异十分显著(u=10.78,11.33,P〈0.01);而30 d与60 d比较则无显著差异(u=0.70,P〉0.05)。第3组于灭鼠前以夹夜法调查小家鼠占总捕获数的92.59%(25/27),格粉板法调查占种群组成的95.32%。灭鼠后10 d和20 d的控制效果分别为79.07%和95.93%,差异十分显著(u=18.18,P〈0.01)。结论毒饵盒能够有效地控制小家鼠的种群密度。Objective To analyze the effect of poison bait box on Mus musculus control in rural district of Jinan.Methods A total of 982 rooms were selected and divided into 3 groups in a village located in the eastern Jinan. The first and second group was put 0. 05% diphacine wheat grains,and the third group was put corn bait. The night trapping method and S100 method were used to evaluate the control effect. Results The number of Mus musculus in the first two groups accounted for 95. 24%( 20 /21) of total captured rodents using night trapping method before rodent control,and 97. 14% using S100 method. The control effects of S100 method were 92. 55%,93. 27%,98. 34%and 98. 51% respectively at different four time points,10,20,30 and 60 d. The difference of control effect between 10 d and 20 d was not significant( u = 1. 75,P〉0. 05),and significant between 10 d and 30 d,60 d( u = 12. 31,12. 84,P〈0. 01). There were significant difference between 20 d and 30 d,60 d( u = 10. 78,11. 33,P〈0. 01),while the differences between 30 d and 60 d was not significant. The number of Mus musculus in the third group accounted for92. 59%( 25 /27) of total captured rodents using night trapping method before rodent control,and 95. 32% using S100 method. The control effects after rodent control at 10 d,20 d were 79. 07%,95. 93% respectively with significant difference( u = 18. 18,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Poison bait box could effectively control the population density of Mus musculus.
