摘 要:目的了解广州市登革热媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫对3类5种常用卫生杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法在广州市5个区采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室繁殖1~2代后,采用敏感基线法中的幼虫浸渍法进行半数致死浓度(LC50)测定,与广东省疾病预防控制中心所提供的敏感种群数据进行比较。结果广州市5个行政区中,4个区的白纹伊蚊幼虫对测定的药物普遍处于低抗水平,海珠区对5种药物中的4种出现中抗至高抗水平,从化区对溴氰菊酯和残杀威尚处于敏感水平,荔湾区对残杀威也处于敏感水平。结论此次试验中的5个区中,海珠区对于所测试的5种药物,除对残杀威为低抗外,对氯菊酯及双硫磷均产生中度抗性,对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯产生高抗,在用药时需加以注意;从化区对于溴氰菊酯和残杀威仍处于敏感状态,此两种药物还是可以正常使用的;荔湾区对于残杀威也是敏感水平,可以正常使用。除此之外,各区对于其余药物均处于低抗水平。在使用药物时,应根据当地的抗性水平适当调整杀虫剂种类和剂量。Objective To investigate the resistance level of Aedes albopictus larvae collecting from 5 districts in Guangzhou to 5 commonly used insecticides. Methods Larva immersion method was employed in the investigation,and the data of susceptible population of Aedes albopictus was provided by the centers for disease control and prevention of Guangdong province. Results Normally,Aedes albopictus from 4 districts developed low resistance to 5 insecticides,middle or high resistance to 4 insecticides from Haizhu,mosquitoes sensitive to 2insecticides from Conghua,and sensitive to 2 insecticide from Liwan. Conclusion Aedes albopictus from Haizhu developed low resistance to propoxur,middle resistance to permethrin and temephos,high resistance to deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin,insecticides must be choosed. Aedes albopictus from Conghua was still sensitive to deltamethrin and propoxur. Aedes albopictus from Liwan is sensitive to propoxur. When insecticides are applied,the inseciticide resistance of the Aedes albopictus should be considered in that district.
