农贸市场蟑螂侵害调查及两种胶饵的应用效果

摘　　要：目的了解铜陵市室内农贸市场蟑螂侵害及种群分布等情况,1%氟虫胺和0.05%氟虫腈胶饵对农贸市场德国小蠊的防治效果。方法选择5家农贸市场,采用GB/T 23795-2009中的粘捕法调查蟑螂种类、数量、侵害率和密度,选择2家农贸市场分别使用1%氟虫胺和0.05%氟虫腈胶饵进行施药,并在施药后不同时间进行密度调查。结果 5家农贸市场共捕获蟑螂7 647只,德国小蠊7 511只,占98.22%;黑胸大蠊136只,占1.78%。室内农贸市场蟑螂侵害严重,主要以肉铺区最高,达78.51%,其次为水产区、冻货区、豆制品区,而蔬菜区、粮油区和熟食区相对较低。2家农贸市场分别用1%氟虫胺和0.05%氟虫腈现场施药后3 d,德国小蠊平均密度下降率为63.6%,经连续补药后第20天下降率达到94%以上。结论室内农贸市场蟑螂侵害严重,德国小蠊为优势种群;1%氟虫胺和0.05%氟虫腈胶饵对农贸市场德国小蠊均有较好的防治效果。Objective To understand the cockroaches invasion situation and their population distribution indoor farmers markets in Tongling City,and test the control effect of 1% sulfluramid gel bait and 0. 05% fipronil gel bait against Blattella germanica in farmers markets. Methods The investigation was conducted in five indoor farmers markets in the downtown area of Tongling City based on the national standard GB / T 23795- 2009. The cockroach control effect of 1% sulfluramid gel bait and 0. 05% fipronil gel bait was observed. Results A total of 7 647 cockroaches were captured,7 511 Blattella germanica accounting for 98. 22% and 136 Periplaneta fuliginosa accounting for 1. 78%. The infestation condition of indoor farmers markets was serious. The highest infestation was78. 51% in butcher＇s shops,followed by the aquatic area,frozen cargo area and bean products area,vegetable area,grain and oil region and the deli. In the two indoor farmers markets,the density of Blattella germanica decreased significantly three days after applying insecticides. The average density reduction rate was above 63. 6%. Continuously adding gel bait for several days,the density reduction rate was above 94. 0% twenty days after application.Conclusion The cockroaches infested seriously in indoor farmers markets. The application of 1% sulfluramid gel bait and 0. 05% fipronil gel bait could better control Blattella germanica in indoor farmers market.
