摘 要:目的了解口岸蝇类携带寄生虫卵与病原菌情况。方法将蝇体匀浆后进行细菌分离纯培养,采用梅里埃公司的全自动微生物鉴定系统,进行细菌鉴定;用离心沉淀法及饱和盐水浮聚法检测寄生虫卵。结果共鉴定出蝇类14属21种,分离出30种致病菌及条件致病菌,从输入性大头金蝇体内检测到肝吸虫卵和蛔虫卵。结论本研究为口岸蝇媒流行病学监测提供了技术支持。Objective To know the situation of fly-borne pathogenic bacteria and parasite eggs collected from ports.Methods Flies were homogenized for bacterial isolation and pure culture,and bacteria were identified with Merieux automated microbial identification system. Parasite eggs were detected by centrifugal sedimentation and saturated saline flotation. Results 14 family members including 21 species of fly were identified,and 30 species of pathogenic bacteria and condition pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified. Liver fluke eggs and Ascaris eggs were detected from inputting Chrysomyia megacephala. Conclusion It provides a technical support for epidemiological surveillance.
