摘　　要：某部特重大爆炸事故卫勤保障任务完成后,回顾性总结了在执行公共突发事件过程中卫生防疫工作的处置措施。在战区卫勤行政部门统一指挥下,我们积极配合医疗救援部门做好卫生防疫消杀保障。通过对爆炸现场、部队营区及驻地卫生状况调查,合理进行防疫消杀评估,培训组建专业消杀力量,制定防疫消杀工作处置方案。通过综合有效的卫勤保障措施,爆炸事故后所在部队及驻地未发生任何规模性疫情。The comprehensive prevention measures in public health emergencies were summarized through the medical support of one major explosion accident. Under the command of the Military Region administrative department of health,we worked well in sanitary and antiepidemic with medical rescue department. Antiepidemic evaluation was carried out reasonably,professional disinfection team was formed,and antiepidemic plan was formulated after the health status investigation of the explosion scene,army camp and resident. Benefiting from all those measures,none epidemic situation took place in the army camp and resident after explosion.
