摘　　要：通过阐述研究本院图书馆信息资源建设依据、原则、发展态势，对本院图书馆特色信息资源体系建设进行系统地探析，为新一轮军事经济特色信息资源体系建设提出了新的理论依据。The paper studies information resource construction principle, basis and development situ- ation in the Military Economical Academy Library, and analyses the information resources system construction, puts forward a new theoretical basis for a new round of characteristic information re- sources system construction in the Military Economical Academy Library.
