近年国内外粮食价格比较及原因分析

摘　　要：2004年以来,中国粮价稳步提升,国际粮食到岸税后价(含运费、关税和保险等费用)普遍低于国内价格,特别是2013年以来价差呈扩大趋势。基于入世以来国内外主要粮食作物价格对比分析。系统总结了国内外粮食价差形成原因,并提出了促进中国粮食竞争力提高的相关政策建议。Since 2004,grain price has raised steadily in China.International grain price including freight,duties and insurance was lower than the domestic price generally,especially the gap showed expending trend since 2013.Based on comparative analysis of the main grain price at home and abroad since China＇s entry into the WTO,the authors systematically summarized the reasons of price gap of grain at home and abroad,and the relevant policy recommendations to promote the China＇s grain competitiveness were put forward.
