摘　　要：分析居民食物户外消费的基本特征对于保障中国粮食安全有重要的意义。应用"中国居民食物消费调研"2013年中国21个省(市、自治区)948户城镇家庭的调研数据,对中国城镇居民食物户外消费的基本特征进行分析,为对未来中国城镇居民食物户外消费的发展趋势预测提供参考。Analyzing characteristics of food-away-from-home（FAFH） consumption has very important significance to food security of China.Based on 948 questionnaires surveyed in 21 provinces in 2013,this paper analyzed characteristics of FAFH consumption of urban residents in China.According to the analysis results,the authors provided reference material for development tendency prediction of FAFH consumption of urban residents in China.
