摘　　要：为有效解决新农村建设中的村级债务问题,对湖南省益阳市沙头镇的村级债务情况进行调研,了解其债务现状,总结其特点,对其债务形成原因进行深入分析,根据村情实际提出了防控及化解债务的对策建议,为其他地区的村级债务化解提供借鉴与参考。In order to effectively solve the problem of village level debt in the new rural construction,the author carried on the investigation to the village level debt situation of Shatou town of Yiyang city in Hunan province,understood its status quo,summarized its characteristics,and analyzed the reasons for its debt,according to the actual situation of the village,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to prevent and solve the debt and were also used as a reference for other parts of the village-level debt resolve.
