摘　　要：目的探讨一种三段法透明质酸注射填充隆鼻的技术。方法选择自2010—2013年52例以鼻部低平就诊的患者，根据个体情况及要求进行三段法个性化的透明质酸局部注射填充治疗。结果患者注射后均对鼻部最终外形满意。注射后出现的轻度肿胀一般在3～7d逐渐消退。有2例注射部位出现小面积皮下淤青，10～14d消退。未发现感染、血肿、坏死及过敏情况。结论三段法透明质酸注射填充隆鼻具有易于掌握，创伤小，患者痛苦小的特点。效果可控性强，便于精细雕琢，是一种非常有效的隆鼻方法。Objective To introduce a augmentation rhinoplasty with a three-segment injection of hyaluronic acid. Methods From 2010 to 2013, 52 patients with fiat noses were performed augmentation rhinoplasty by a three-segment injection of hyaluronie acid according to their individual nasal shape and aesthetic requires. Results All the patients were satisfied with the nasal contour after the therapy. The slight swelling after injection disappeared at 3 to 7 days, bruise appeared in two patients absorbed at 10 to 14 days. No complications such as infection, hematoma formation, skin necrosis or allergy were observed. Conclusion A three-segment injection of hyaluronie acid is a new popular method for nasal augmentation with these advantages, like easy handle, minimal invasion and less pain and controlled effects. It＇s a effective and more popular method.
