护理不良事件网络直报系统在儿科护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理不良事件网络直报系统在儿科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法:依托医院护理综合信息系统开发的护理不良事件网络直报模块,科室发生不良事件后从不良事件分类体系中录入各项数据;定期汇总分析,实施动态干预与安全管理。结果:护理不良事件网络直报系统的应用达到了护理缺陷共同分享的目的;提高了护理人员对不良事件的认知度和风险防范意识;提升了护理人员及患儿家属应对不良事件的能力,提高了护理质量。结论:将护理不良事件网络直报系统与科室护理安全动态管理有效结合在一起,降低了护理缺陷的发生率,确保了患儿安全,提升了护理质量。Objective： Discussing the application effect of nursing adverse events direct network report system in pediatric nursing management. Methods： Depending on nursing adverse events network report module developed by nursing comprehensive information system in our hospital, we regulated data entry from adverse events sorting system after the events occurrence; generally analyzed the reported adverse events periodically, carried on dynamic intervention and safety management. Results： Nursing adverse events direct network report system was convenient and speedy, it reached the aim of sharing nursing defect after network entry; enhanced the cognition of adverse events and consciousness of guarding against risks; through systematically managed the adverse event, our department enhanced nurses and parents＇ ability of response to adverse events and thus improve nursing quality effectively. Conclusions： Combination of nursing adverse events direct network report system and dynamic nursing safety management in our deparment effectively reduced incidence of nursing defects, ensured patients＇ safety and improved nursing quality.
