摘  要:目的:利用医院信息系统及计算机数据库技术,设计一套基于临床数据的药品不良反应监测系统,自动监测不良反应信号,并呈报疑似数据供监测药师判定,变被动监测为主动监测,提高监测能力。方法:药品不良反应自动化监测系统结构采用C/S体系结构,服务器端为HIS数据库,客户端采用PB可视化语言开发。通过设置特定的触发器条件,对医嘱、病程记录、检验数据库进行实时监测,筛选出触发信号,对信号进行分析,并计算不良反应阳性率,改进触发条件设置。结果:该自动监测系统成功对医院HIS数据库进行了实时监控,自动呈报疑似药品不良反应,通过数据分析,优化了触发条件的设置,提高了不良反应监测阳性率。结论:该系统操作简单易懂,通过实时自动的监测,有效提高了临床药师对药品不良反应的监测能力和工作效率。Objective: Using hospital information system and computer database technology, we designed a set of adverse drug reaction detecting system based on clinical date. The system automatically detected the adverse reaction signals and reported the suspected data to the clinical pharmacist, and it had changed the passive detecting mode to the active monitoring mode and improved the detecting capability. Methods: The structure of automatic detecting system of adverse drug reaction using C/S architecture, the server-side was system database. The system by setting the trigger condition specific, real-time detecting of the doctor's advice, course records, test database, screening out the trigger signals, and analysising signal, calculating the positive rate of adverse reactions. Results: The automatic detecting system had been successfully monitored in the HIS database, reported the suspected data to the clinical pharmacist. Through data analysis, the trigger conditions were optimized, and the positive rate of ADR. was improved. Conclusion: The system was simple and understandable; it had improved the detecting ability and working efficiency through the automatic detecting system.
