摘　　要：目的:基于临床数据中心(CDR),开发医院感染监测管理系统,对院感及相关危险因素进行监测、分析和反馈,及时发现问题并进行干预,为院感监测和管理提供抓手,确保院感统计上报的及时准确性。方法:采用微软.NET架构设计和开发院感监测管理系统,对感染数据进行实时采集、动态监测以及可视化分析。结果:通过该系统的建设,使得院感管理由以往的事后上报,转变为事前预防、事中监测以及早期干预,大幅提高了管理执行力,降低了院感发生率。结论:基于临床数据中心的院感信息系统可以实时、动态地监测感染数据,规范医院感染管理,提高院感管理的工作效率,使得医疗质量管理水平得到显著提升。Objective： To develop a hospital infection surveillance information system based on the Clinical Data Repository （CDR） for timely discovery of the potential infection risks, and improvement of quality assurance efficiency. Methods： Based on the existing CDP. platform, the system adopted Microsoft .Net architecture, enabling real-time data capture, dynamic monitoring and analytic visualization. Result： Since the implementation of the system, hospital infection management has been transformed from static reporting to preventive management and early intervention. It significantly improves the infection management process, reducing the hospital infection rate. Conclusion： The system has demonstrated the value in real-time, dynamic hospital infection surveillance, streamlining the management workflow and improving the efficiency.
