摘　　要：根据杭州市卫计委2015年对卫生材料占医疗收入比例和高值卫生材料闭环管理的考核要求,同时响应新医改的方针政策,杭州市红十字会医院加大了对卫生材料的使用控制,建立了覆盖全院的卫生材料供应链管理体系。通过卫生材料闭环管理系统建设实践,分别从卫生材料闭环管理系统的三个组成部分出发,阐述各模块的功能及意义,希望对其他医院的材料闭环管理提供借鉴。According to Health and Family Planning Commission of Hangzhou examination requirements of the proportion of health materials in medical income and the closed-loop management of high-value he,xlth materials in 2015, in response to pohcies of the new medical reform, Red Cross Hospital of Hangzhou increased the use control of health materials, and set up the health material supply chain management system covering the whole hospital. Through the construction practice of closed loop management system of health material, starting from three parts of the closed-loop management system of health material, the functions and significance of each module were introduced to provide reference for the closed-loop management of materials in other hospitals.
