摘 要:目的:探讨了医院发展过程中面临的HIS系统Oracle数据库响应迟缓的问题,及数据库性能调优对医院业务的影响。方法:利用AWR分析方法,结合基础架构的优化和数据库配置的调整,对SQL的问题语句针对性的调优。结果:SQL的问题语句针对性的调优和数据库配置调整后,HIS业务系统响应时间明显提升。结论:Oracle调优有助于解决Oracle数据库响应迟缓的问题,及Oracle调优对HIS系统卡顿有明显提升。Objective: To investigate the slow response problem of hospital HIS system and oracle database during the hospital development, and the database performance tuning effect on hospital business. Methods: We used AWR analysis methods, and combined the optimization of infrastructure with adjustment of the configuration database, and pertinently tuned the SQL problem statement. Results: After the targeted optimization SQL problem statement and adjustment of the database configuration, the HIS service system response time is significantly improved. Conclusion: Oracle Performance tuning is helpful to solve the slow response problem of the Oracle database, and Oracle tuning is significantly improved HIS system Caton.
