摘 要:将碱改性HZSM-5沸石负载活性组分AgNO_3的吸附剂应用于乙烯乙烷吸附分离。通过N2吸附-脱附、傅里叶红外(FI-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)、吸附等温线等,对改性前后吸附剂孔道、晶体结构、外观形貌、元素含量变化、活性组分的最佳单层分散量和乙烯乙烷吸附分离性能进行了研究。结果表明,经过0.4 mol/L Na OH处理的改性样品的平均孔径可达5.5 nm。改性吸附剂负载活性组分AgNO_3的最佳单层分散量为33.3%,25℃、0.5 MPa时其对乙烯乙烷混合组分吸附平衡的分离系数可达2.78,对变压吸附(PSA)具有很好的分离应用前景。The HZSM-5 zeolite adsorbent modified by sodium hydroxide and loaded with the active ingredient AgNO_3 is applied to ethylene / ethane adsorptive separation for the first time. The original and modified samples are characterized by N_2 adsorption-desorption,Fourier transform infrared( FI-IR),X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM),inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-OES) and adsorption isotherms. The effects of pore structure,crystal structure,surface morphology,elementary changes,the optimal amount of monolayer dispersion of active ingredient of the resultant HZSM-5 zeolite adsorbent on the ethylene / ethane adsorption separation properties are investigated in detail. The results show that the average pore diameter of the modified sample treated with0. 4 mol·L^(-1)Na OH can reach 5. 5 nm. The optimum dispersion threshold of the active ingredient AgNO_3 is 33. 3%.Ethylene / ethane adsorption separation equilibrium factor is 2. 78 for the modified sample,which has a promising separation application for pressure swing adsorption( PSA).
