摘 要:以168 kt/a甲醇精馏装置为研究对象,应用过程模拟软件Aspen Plus,采用NRTL-RK的物性方法,实现对四塔精馏系统的模拟。分别考察了预塔不凝气放空温度、加压塔和常压塔的回流比及常压塔抽侧线位置对产品中乙醇质量分数的影响。结果表明,在保证经济性条件下,适当增加回流比有利于降低产品中乙醇质量分数,同时合理选择侧线采出位置可有效控制精甲醇中乙醇质量分数。Taking a 168 kt / a methanol distillation unit as an example,process simulation software( Aspen Plus) is used to simulate the process. By combining NRTL-RK equation of state model in Aspen Plus,the accurate simulation result is attained. The effects of the releasing temperature of incondensable gas,reflux rates of the pressurized and atmospheric column and side-draw stage of the atmospheric column on the ethanol content in refined methanol products are studied. The results indicate that appropriately increasing the reflux rates can promote the decreasing of the ethanol content in refined methanol products. Selecting the optimal side-draw stage of the atmospheric column is an effective way of controlling ethanol content.
