幽门螺杆菌感染相关疾病中医证候分布的文献研究

摘　　要：目的通过文献研究探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染相关疾病的中医证候学特点。方法系统检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)2005—2015年有关Hp感染相关疾病中医证候研究的文献,对其中医证候分布进行分析。结果纳入文献69篇,报告病例14 398例,报道证候类型14种,Hp感染相关疾病最常见证候是脾胃湿热证4 087例(28.4%)肝胃不和证3 928例(27.3%)、脾胃虚弱证3 248例(22.6%);Hp感染相关慢性胃炎与消化性溃疡、慢性非萎缩胃炎与慢性萎缩性胃炎间,证候分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);北方地区、南方地区及西部地区Hp感染相关疾病证候分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Hp感染相关疾病中医证候以脾胃湿热、肝胃不和和脾胃虚弱最为多见;Hp感染相关疾病的不同疾病间、不同地区间证候分布存在差异。Objective To probe into the characteristics of TCM syndromes of Helicobacter Pylori（ Hp） associated diseases through literature study. Methods An extensive retrieval of literatures about the study on TCM syndromes of Hp associated diseases in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from 2005 to 2015 was performed and the distribution of TCM syndromes analyzed. Results 69 documents were included in this review,covering 14 398 cases and 14 TCM syndrome types in relation with Hp associated diseases. And the most common syndrome types were dampness-heat of spleen and stomach in 4 087 cases（ 28. 4%）,disharmony between the liver and stomach in 3 928（ 27. 3%）,and deficiency of spleen and stomach in 3 248（ 22. 6%）. TCM syndromes distribution percentage between Hp associated chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer was significantly different（ P 0. 01）,so was between Hp associated chronic non-atrophic gastritis and chronic atrophic gastritis. There was significant difference in TCM syndromes distribution percentage among the North,South and West of China（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion The main syndrome types of Hp associated diseases are dampness-heat of spleen and stomach,disharmony between the liver and stomach,and deficiency of spleen and stomach. There exist differences in TCM syndromes distribution between different Hp associated diseases and among different regions.
