摘  要:目的采用HPLC法建立救必应药材的指纹图谱,为其质量控制和药材鉴别提供可靠的方法。方法色谱柱为Li Chrospher 100 RP-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇(A)-0.5%冰乙酸溶液(B)为流动相,系统梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长290 nm,柱温25℃。对12批药材样品进行相似度分析、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果建立了救必应药材专属性的HPLC指纹图谱,标示了13个共有指纹峰,12批样品分为4大类。结论该方法准确可靠、重复性好,其指纹图谱可用于救必应药材的鉴别和质量控制。Objective To establish the fingerprint of Ilicis Rotundae Cortex by HPLC and provide a reliable method for its identification and quality control. Methods The samples were analyzed on Li Chrospher 100 RP-18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol(A)-0.5% acetic acid(B) as the mobile phase at 1.0 m L·min- 1. The detective wavelength was 290 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Totally 12 samples were constructed for similarity evaluation, cluster analysis and main component analysis. Results A specificity HPLC fingerprint spectrum was developed for Ilicis Rotundae Cortex, and 13 common peaks were indicated and 12 baches of samples were divided into 4 groups. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control and identification of Ilicis Rotundae Cortex with good precision, accuracy and repeatability.
