摘 要:为了高效制备聚乙烯醇纳米纤维,提出了一种连续批量制备纳米纤维的无针螺旋辊式静电纺丝装置,借助扫描电子显微镜对制得的纳米纤维形貌进行观察,并应用Nano Measure软件对纤维的直径及其分布进行了测量统计。结果表明:此装置可以进行纳米纤维批量化制备,工艺参数中纺丝液质量分数、纺丝距离对纤维直径影响显著,纺丝电压对纤维直径分布影响较为明显。In order to efficient preparation of polyvinyl alcohol nanofibers, a new type of needleless spiral roller electrostatic spinning device for the preparation of nanofibers in continuous batch was proposed. The morphology of the polyvinyl alcohol nanofibers was observed with the aid of scanning electron microscope, and the diameter and distribution of the fibers were measured by Nano Measure software. The results showed that the batch production of the nanofibers could be carried out by using the proposed device. The fiber diameter was affected significantly by the process parameters in spinning liquid mass fraction and spinning distance ; the fiber diameter distribution was affected obviously by spinning voltage.
