摘  要:以PP-g-GMA为相容剂,使用同向双螺杆挤出机制备PET/PP-g-GMA/i PP共混物,并对其进行注塑发泡。研究PP-g-GMA质量分数对共混物熔体流动速率及发泡性能的影响,用SEM观察泡孔形态,发泡后的力学性能。研究表明:随PP-g-GMA质量分数增加,熔体流动速率逐渐降低。与纯i PP和未加相容剂的PET/i PP共混物相比,添加相容剂的复合材料发泡性能得到明显改善,泡孔更小更均匀,泡孔破壁、塌陷、并孔现象得到改善。PP-g-GMA的引入使发泡材料的拉伸强度与冲击韧性都得到提高,其最佳质量分数为5%,发泡材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高10.3%和39.69%。PET/PP-g-GMA/iPP blend were prepared by a co-roaring twin-screw extruder, then, foamed in an injection molding machine. Effect of PP-g-GMA content on the melt index and foaming ability of blends were studied. Ceils morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) ,and the mechanical properties of foam materials were researched. The results showed that the melt index declined with the contents of PP-g-GMA increased. When the compatilizer were added into PET/iPP blend,the foaming properties were improved obviously, the ceils were smaller and distribution more uniform than PP and PET/iPP blend. Cells' wall fracture, cell collapse and coalescence were restrained. The tensile strength and impact toughness of foam of PET/iPP blend both enhanced with the increase of PP-g-GMA contents,when contents of PP-g-GMA was 5% ,the tensile strength was increased 10.3% and the impact toughness was enhanced 39.69% compared to PET/iPP blend without compatilizer.
