休闲农业经营组织环境行为影响因素分析——以福建省为例

摘　　要：本文基于福建省调查数据分析了休闲农业经营组织环境行为的影响因素。通过因子分析,本文将休闲农业经营组织环境行为分为环境战略制定、环境过程管理、环境宣传教育、环境信息沟通四个类型,将其影响因素分为环境规制、利益相关者压力、利益链条、管理层环境意识、信息与技术资源五个方面,并采用单因素方差分析法分析了不同休闲农业经营组织环境行为及其影响因素的差异。结果表明,不同组织规模、组织形式、组织等级的休闲农业经营组织在四类环境行为上存在显著差异,环境规制、信息与技术资源对不同地理区位的休闲农业经营组织的环境行为都有显著影响,五类影响因素对不同组织形式的休闲农业经营组织的环境行为均有显著影响,利益相关者压力、管理层环境意识对不同等级的休闲农业经营组织的环境行为均有显著影响。Based on the survey data of Fujian Province,this paper analyzes the factors influencing environmental behaviors of business organizations active in leisure agriculture.Through factor analysis,the environmental behaviors of those business organizations can be divided into four types:environmental strategy formulation,environmental process management,environmental publicity and education,and environmental information communication.Moreover,the factors influencing environmental behaviors of those organizations can be classified into five aspects:environmental regulation,stakeholders' pressure,interest chain,managers' environmental awareness,information and technology resources.Through a single factor analysis of variance,this paper studies the differences in environmental behaviors and factors influencing different organizations.The results show a significant difference in four types of environmental behaviors among organizations of different scales,forms,and hierarchies.Moreover,the factors of environmental regulation and information and technology resources are significant in affecting environmental behaviors of organizations in different geographical locations.Furthermore,all of five driving factors are significant in influencing organizations of different forms.Finally,the factors of stakeholders' pressure and managers' environment awareness are significant in affecting organizations of different hierarchies.
