北美城市TOD轨道站点地区的分类规划指引

摘　　要：TOD规划模式的作用不仅在于对站点周边地区的局部地区提出规划建设引导要求,更对城市总体层面的宏观规划布局具有系统性的影响。近年来,北美地区城市在TOD地区的规划管理实践中,充分考虑城市功能结构与公交网络布局对TOD地区的叠加作用,形成在类型划分、圈层布局和要素指引等3方面进行规划引导的管理方法。通过对这些经验方法进行总结,能够为我国TOD地区的规划建设与管理提供有益的借鉴思路。The planning mode of TOD does not only provide planning guidance for individual transit station areas, but also have systematic impacts on citywide planning. In recent years, based on the combined effects of urban functional framework and transit network, a management approach of planning guidance of typology methodology has been formed in TOD areas in North American cities, which includes 3 factors： type, layer and element guide. Through summarizing such experience, the paper aims to provide useful ideas and methods for the planning and construction as well as the management of TOD areas in China.
