摘 要:针对某款锻造铝合金客车车轮在使用过程中出现的螺栓孔附近位置开裂情况,利用有限元分析软件模拟车轮弯曲台架试验过程,考察螺栓预紧力及试验弯矩2个因素对车轮螺栓孔附近区域应力的影响。结果表明:有限元分析计算得到的危险位置与实际车轮开裂位置吻合,螺栓预紧力对螺栓孔附近节点拉应力影响不大,而试验弯矩影响相对较大,即客车超载可能是螺栓孔开裂的原因。此研究为铝合金车轮的设计提供了依据,对增强产品可靠性具有重要意义。Due to the cracking near the location of the boh holes of a subsection forged aluminum alloy wheel during use on a passenger car, the wheel bent bench test process was simulated using finite element analysis software, to view the influence of boh preload anti bending moment to stress. The results show that: dangerous position obtained by the finite element analysis is consistent with the actual wheel cracking position; boh preload has little effect on the tensile stress near the bolt hole; the pilot moment impact is relatively large, so the passenger over- loading may lead to the bolt hole cracking. The study provides a basis for the design of the aluminum alloy wheels, and is of great significance for enhancing product reliability.
