摘　　要：车身密封系统对汽车车身的密封、减震起到重要作用,可降低乘客舱噪声,隔水、隔热、防尘,是汽车车身的重要组成部分。详细介绍了车身密封系统橡塑材料的性能及要求,并按照车身密封系统的分类对比分析了不同部位和工况下车身密封系统橡塑材料的应用情况、性能特点和材料选型规则,探讨了车身密封系统橡塑材料的研究现状及未来的发展趋势。Car body sealing system plays an important role in car body sealing and shock absorption, via reducing passenger cabin noise, isolating water, heat and dust, which is an important part of car body. The performance and requirements of rubber and plastic materials of car body sealing system were introduced particularly. The application, characteristics and material selection rules of rubber and plastic materials of car body sealing system were contrasted and analyzed according the classification of car body sealing systems. In the end, the research status and developing trend of rubber and plastic materials of car body sealing system were discussed.
