摘　　要：当今的汽车行业,消费者对于多元化的要求越来越高,不同车型的座椅和内饰有很大的差异性,与此同时,汽车座椅和内饰上皮革的应用越来越多,成为一个主流的趋势,尤其是SUV等车型的蓬勃发展,使得更多的皮革被用在汽车的座椅和内饰中,这就意味着汽车的座椅和内饰皮革必须要与时俱进,满足这一新趋势下的需求,根据汽车主机厂的需求保持高度的灵活性。但是,目前汽车皮革生产商生产车用皮革仍主要使用传统的冲床式裁剪,即模具冲压的生产工艺和流程。Multi-element automotive demand by consumers promotes application of leather products in automobile interior decoration and seats. If still using traditional punch machine to cut out automobile leather, the production costs are very high, and wastes are heavy. After fully considering the demands of automobile leather in detail, Lectra company put forward the digitalized solution suitable for automobile leather cut out market,namely the Versalis series products,which provides support to implement of the transition of leather cut out market towards digitalized values chain. Then the digitalization process was speeded up for leather cut out in automobile seats and interior decoration market.
