摘　　要：报告辛德毕斯病毒(Sindbis virus)的分类地位、理化特性、生物学特性和致病性。阐述了辛德毕斯病毒感染的传染源、传播途径、传播媒介、易感人群和流行特征的流行病学。浅析了辛德毕斯病毒感染的发病机制。记述了辛德毕斯病毒感染的临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断、预防和治疗,为进一步研究和防治工作提供了科学依据。The taxonomic status, physical and chemical features, biological properties and pathopoiesis of Sindbis virus are introduced in this paper. The authors expound the infection source, route of transmission, vector of transmission, susceptible population and epidemiological characteristics of Sindbis virus infection, and briefly analyze the pathogenesis of sindbis virus infection. Meanwhile, the paper basically clarifies the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, prevention and treatment of Sindbis virus infection, provides scientific basis for further research, prevention and treatment.
