摘　　要：人的发展应该是全体社会成员的共同发展。在中国进入全面建成小康社会的发展阶段,农村居民与城市居民的平等发展问题,应该得到更进一步关注与研究。文章基于"制度冲突"及"制度相容"的视角,分析市场经济体制下影响农村居民发展三种力量的作用,强调制度的有效组合,从市场发展与公共制度的有效契合、公共政策与公共产品供给制度的相容性、第三部门的发展与市场经济制度需求一致性的角度提出促进农村居民平等全面发展的对策。The human development should be the common development of all members of the society, and the development of rural residents and urban residents should be paid more attention and research to in the development stage of building a well-off society in China. Based on the perspective of ＂system conflict＂ and ＂system compatibility＂, this paper analyzes the function of three kinds of forces influencing the development of rural residents under the market economy system, and puts forward the countermeasures to promote rural residents＇ equality and comprehensive development from the perspective of market development and public system, public policy and public product supply system, the development of the third sector and the demand of market economy system.
