摘  要:室内测定明胶、几丁质及榕母管蓟马、菜缢管蚜和烟粉虱的虫尸粉等5种基质诱导蜡蚧轮枝菌V3450菌株的胞外酶活性及其对榕母管蓟马的毒力。结果表明:不同基质诱导供试菌株的胞外酶活性存在明显差异,明胶和几丁质的诱导效果差,3种虫尸粉的诱导效果好,其中蛋白酶活性次序为榕母管蓟马虫尸粉>烟粉虱虫尸粉>菜缢管蚜虫尸粉>明胶和几丁质,几丁质酶活性次序为榕管蓟马虫尸粉>烟粉虱和菜缢管蚜虫尸粉>几丁质和明胶;不同基质诱导供试菌株对榕母管蓟马若虫及成虫的毒力均显著提高,其中对若虫的毒力次序为榕母管蓟马虫尸粉>几丁质和烟粉虱虫尸粉>菜缢管蚜虫尸粉>明胶,对成虫的毒力次序为榕管蓟马虫尸粉>菜缢管蚜和烟粉虱虫尸粉>几丁质>明胶。可见,适宜的基质诱导培养能有效提高蜡蚧轮枝菌V3450菌株的胞外酶活性及其对榕母管蓟马的毒力。The ectoenzyme activities and virulence of Lecanicillium lecanii V3450 strain cultured by five stromas( containing gelatin, chitin, Gynaikothrips ficorum cadaver powder, Lipaphis erysimi cadaver powder and Bemisia tabaci cadaver powder) against G. ficorum were determined respectively. The results showed that there were significant differences among ectoenzyme activities of L. lecanii V3450 strain cultured by the five stromas. The culture effect of gelatin and chitin was weaker. The culture effect of the three insect cadaver powders was better.The cultured sequence of protease activities was G. ficorum cadaver powder〉B. tabaci cadaver powder〉L. erysimi cadaver powder〉gelatin and chitin. The cultured sequence of chitinase activities was G. ficorum cadaver powder〉L.erysimi cadaver powder and B. tabaci cadaver powder〉 chitin〉 gelatin. The virulence of L. lecanii V3450 strain cultured by the five stromas were all enhanced. The cultured sequence of virulence against G. ficorum nymph was G. ficorum cadaver powder〉chitin and B. tabaci cadaver powder〉L. erysimi cadaver powdergelatin. The cultured sequence of virulence against G. ficorum adult wss G. ficorum cadaver powder 〉L. erysimi and B. tabaci cadaver powder 〉chitin〉 gelatin. In conclusion, suitable culture stromas could effectively enhance the ectoenzyme activities and virulence of L. lecanii V3450 strain against G. ficorum.
