摘 要:为了研究低沸点气体液膜沿倾斜加热平板流动的稳定性,首先建立低沸点气体液膜沿倾斜加热平板流动的物理模型并抽象出相应的定解问题;其次,用无量纲分析方法和线性稳定性分析方法得到小扰动振幅的Orr-Sommerfeld方程(简称O-S方程);然后,利用摄动法对O-S方程进行求解,得到低沸点气体液膜沿倾斜加热平板流动的稳定性判据及新的临界雷诺数;最后,以低沸点液氮液膜为例分析了各参数对稳定性的影响。结果表明:平板倾斜角、雷诺数、平板与液膜间的温差以及物性参数的减小都使得液膜流动稳定性增强,而波数的减小将使得流动稳定性下降。The physical model of the low-boiling film falling along the inclined heated plate and the related differential equations and conditions for unique solution were firstly established in order to research the stability of the liquid film with low-boiling gas flowing down inclined heated plate. Secondly, the Orr-Sommerfeld equation ( O-S equation) of the small perturbation was obtained with the dimensionless analysis method and the linear stability analysis. Then, the O- S equation was solved by the perturbation method, and the criterion of the stability of the film falling along the inclined heated plate and the corresponding critical Reynolds number were obtained. Finally, taking the low-boiling liquid nitro- gen film as an example, the influences of various parameters on the stability were analyzed. The results show that the flow stability enhances as the inclined angle of the plate, Reynolds number, the temperature difference between the plate and the film, and the film' s physical parameter reduce. In contrast, the flow stability decreases as the wave num- ber reduces.
