摘  要:为缓解SCR脱硝后的堵灰和腐蚀问题,回转式空气预热器冷端普遍采用搪瓷蓄热元件。选取3种板型的搪瓷蓄热元件,采用三维数值模拟方法研究其传热与流动特性,得到了各元件内部流体的流场和温度场分布、及努塞尔数和阻力系数随雷诺数的变化规律。结果发现:随着当量直径d和空隙率n的减小,搪瓷蓄热元件的传热系数提高,流动阻力增大,流动阻力增加幅度为传热系数提升幅度的1.9~2.5倍,传热系数和流动阻力随波纹宽度的增加而增大。To alleviate the plugging ash and corrosion problems after SCR denitration, the cold end of rotary air pre- heater generally uses enamel heat storage elements. The elements' internal flow field and temperature field distribution and the change rule of nusselt number or resistance coefficient changing with reynolds are obtained by selecting three kinds of enamel heat storage elements, adopting 3d numerical simulation to study its heat transfer and flow characteris- tics. The results show that heat transfer effeet and flow resistance of enamel heat storage elements increase with the de- crease of equivalent diameter and porosity and flow resistance' s increasing amplitude is about 1.9 - 2.5 times the heat transfer effect' s increasing amplitude, heat transfer effect and flow resistance increase with the increase of width of cor- rugation.
