摘  要:灭火泡沫的流动铺展性能直接影响其施放和灭火效率。为研究防灭火三相泡沫的流体特性及其在平板和油面的流动铺展性能,利用旋转黏度计考察剪切速率、浆液浓度、温度、剪切持续时间等因素对三相泡沫黏度的影响;用自主设计的试验台架,测定几种典型的三相泡沫在玻璃槽内和航空煤油表面的流动铺展速度。试验结果表明:所测这些三相泡沫属于屈服假塑性流体,其黏度主要受浆液浓度、温度和发泡倍数的影响;三相泡沫在平板上的流动性与泡沫黏度呈正相关,而超细粉体的加入对泡沫油面铺展性能的影响不大,满足灭火要求。Spraying effacing and extinguishing efficiency of a fire foam are influenced by its rheological properties and spreading performance. In order to investigate the rheological properties and spreading performance of three-phase foams,a rotational viscometer was used to examine factors influencing their viscidity such as shearing rate,size concentration,temperature,and duration of shear. By using a self-designed experimental facility,flowing speeds and spreading speeds of several typical kinds of three-phase foams were tested. The results show that the three-phase foams have yield-pseudo plastic fluid characteristics,that their viscidity is influenced by their concentration and temperature and foam expansion,and that there is a positive correlation between the fluidity of three-phase foams and the foam viscosity,however,the addition of ultra-fine powder has a little influence on the foam's spreading performance on oil surface.
