煤矿安全标志有效性影响因素分析

摘　　要：为探讨煤矿安全标志应用的有效性,运用文献综述法,结合矿工认知安全标志的6个阶段,总结归纳出27个煤矿安全标志有效性影响因素。根据来自4个煤矿258份矿工调查问卷,利用因子分析法,建立煤矿安全标志有效性影响因素指标体系。在确定3个层次的指标权重的基础上,对各影响因素的重要度进行理论研究。结果表明:刺激性对煤矿安全标志的有效性影响力最大;心理惯性、安全标志设置位置和辅助文字对其有效性影响较为显著。优化煤矿安全标志设置,改善安全培训和管理,有助于提高安全标志的有效性。To explore the applied effectiveness of safety signs in coal mines,using the method of literature review,combined with the six stages of the miners＇ cognition of safety signs,27 factors affecting effectiveness of coal mines safety signs were summarized. Based on the questionnaire investigations from258 miners of 4 coal mines,and making use of factor analysis method,a index system was established factors affecting coal mine safety signs effectiveness. On the basis of determination of weights of indexes at three levels,importance degree of the factors were studied theoretically. Result shows that the influence of irritation on effectiveness of safety signs in coal mines is the largest,that the effects of the factors of psychological inertia,setting location and auxiliary text are more notable,and that optimizing installation of safety signs in coal mine,and improving safety training and management are helpful in increasing effectiveness of safety signs in coal mines.
