摘　　要：新常态下经济增速的放缓、产业结构的调整在一定程度上影响大学生就业。当下,鼓励大学生以创业带动就业,进而获得经济发展新驱动力已成为政府与社会共识。新常态下,贵州省肩负转型发展与后发赶超的艰巨任务,必须充分重视创新创业的强大经济与社会效益,实现"弯道超车"。地方高校大学生在地方经济社会发展中发挥重要作用,从教育体系、目标、重点、过程方面综合施力,推进地方高校大学生的创业教育,将更好促进新常态下贵州省创业工作。This slowdown of economic growth and the adjustment of industrial structure in the new normal has affected the employment of college students. At present, to encourage college students to promote employment, and then get the new driving force of economic development has become the government and social consensus. Now, the arduous task of Guizhou Province in the development of the transformation and development of the post, we must pay full attention to the strong economic and social benefits of innovation and entrepreneurship, to achieve the comer ＂over taking＂. Local college students are so important in the development of local economy so we should take measures from the education system, objectives, focus and process of comprehensive facilities to promote the local university students＇ entrepreneurship education. This will effectively promote the entrepreneurship in Guizhou Province.
