地格达-4乙醇提取物解热镇痛实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察地格达-4味汤散乙醇提取物(无水乙醇)的解热镇痛实验及其作用机制,为地格达-4味汤散的临床应用提供有效的实验依据。方法:取清洁级昆明种小白鼠,体重(20±2)g,68只雌雄各半,随机分为空白对照组、地格达-4味汤散乙醇提取物(高、中、低剂量)给药组,除正常组外各组小鼠每天灌胃1次,连续7天,第7天给药后1h于小鼠背部皮下注射20%酵母悬液致热。观察比较空白对照组及不同剂量给药组的2、4、6、8h等时间点小鼠肛温情况,探讨解热作用;采用热板法,测定各组小鼠痛阈值,比较给药组与空白对照组小鼠痛反应潜伏期,探讨镇痛作用。结果:地格达-4味汤散乙醇提取物的高剂量组小鼠具有较好的解热作用,可延迟到8h;热板实验显示,小鼠痛反应潜伏期明显延长。结论:地格达-4味汤散具有解热作用,镇痛作用更明显。Objective：To observe Digeda-4ethanol extracts（Anhydrous ethanol）antipyretic analgesic experiments And its Preliminary study on antipyretic analgesic action mechanism,to provide the clinical application of Digeda-4effective experimental basis.Methods：Take a clean level in rats,weight（20±2g）,male and female half,that is,the normal group,Digeda-4ethanol extracts of high dose,medium dose,low dose group.except the normal group each group daily for once time to intragastric,for 7d,on the7 th day to intragastric after 1h,each group of mice back subcutaneous injection of 20% yeast suspension to hot.To observe the normal group and Digeda-4ethanol extracts different doses of ethanol extract of 2,4,6,8point anal temperature conditions to explore the antipyretic effect in mice.Using the hot plate method,on the 7th day to intragastric after 1h,to measure each group pain threshold,comparing to medicine group and normal group incubation period of pain reaction to explore the analgesic action.Results：Digeda-4ethanol extracts high dose group with dry yeast ethanol extract of hot after 6,has a good antipyretic effect,delay to 8h.Hot plate experiment significantly prolong the incubation period pain reaction.Conclusion：Didae-4have antipyretic effect,and analgesic effect more apparent.Mechanism needs to be studied further.
