摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定市售6批葛花药材中鸢尾苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Wonda Sil C_(18)-WR(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸(20∶80),检测波长:265nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1,柱温:40℃。结果:鸢尾苷在0.01516~0.4852mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=6),市售葛花药材质量不一。结论:该方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、专属性强,可用于测定葛花药材中鸢尾苷成分的含量。Objective：To investigate the content variety of tectoridin in Puerariae lobata Ohwio in current market.Methods：The separation was performed on a Wonda Sil C18-WR（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,using with acetonitrile-2% phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^（-1）,the detection wavelength was 265 nm and the temperature of column was 40℃.Results：The tectoridin showed good linear relationship in range of 0.01516~0.4852mg·mL^（-1）,r=0.999 9（n=6）.In general,the content of tectoridin in Puerariae lobata Ohwio is different.Conclusion：The method is reliable,accurate and specific with good reproductivity and can be used for the content determination of tectoridin in Puerariae lobata Ohwio.
