摘 要:目的:采用RP-HPLC法测定不同产地乌蕨中原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛2个酚酸化合物的含量。方法:色谱柱为依利特ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(25∶75)为流动相,流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:260nm,柱温:25℃。结果:原儿茶酸在0.14~2.8μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.19%(RSD=0.12%);原儿茶醛在0.06~1.2μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.65%(RSD=1.71%)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可为乌蕨的质量控制提供依据。Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC determination of Protocatechuic acid and Protocatechuic aldehyde in Stenolomachusanum(Linn.)Ching from different sources.Methods:The separation was performed on a Hypersil ODS C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)column with the gradient elution methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(25∶75);The flow rate was 1.0mL/min;The detection wavelength was 260nm;The column temperature was at 25℃.Results:Linear ranges of Protocatechuic acid and Protocatechuic aldehyde were 0.14~2.8μg(r=0.999 8),0.06~1.2μg(r=0.999 9).The average recoverys were 100.19%(RSD=0.12%)and98.65%(RSD=1.71%)(n=6),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and which may also be applied as a standard for the quality control of Stenolomachusanum(Linn.)Ching.
