浅谈调脾论治小儿自汗

摘　　要：小儿汗证的治疗常用调和营卫、益气固表、泻热养阴等法,众法皆不离调脾。从脾的生理、病理以及脾与其他脏腑的关系结合小儿的生理及病理特点等探讨调脾与小儿自汗证的关系,结合临床实践进行讨论、分析,以期使临床从脾论治小儿自汗证的思路更清晰。The methods to treat children＇s spontaneous perspiration always be at the aspects of adjust ying and wei,benefiting qi and strengthening superficies,purging heat and nourishing yin.All these methods are include regulation and treatment of spleen.This paper discuss the relationship between regulation and treatment of spleen and children＇s spontaneous perspiration based on the physiology and pathology of spleen,the relationship between spleen and other visceras and children＇s characteristics of physiology and pathology.Discussion and analysis based on clinical practice aim at make the thought of regulation and treatment of spleen to treat children＇s spontaneous perspiration clear.
