山东半岛蓝色经济区海洋生态文明建设现状与对策研究

摘　　要：党的十八大对中国特色社会主义事业的建设作出了"五位一体"的总体布局,将生态文明纳入其中,凸显了其重要性。21世纪是海洋的世纪,各国都纷纷开展涉海产业的发展,在这种背景下,我国对于海洋的开发势必会不断深入。如何为我国海洋开发塑造良好的环境是亟待解决的问题。山东半岛蓝色经济区是我省蓝色经济发展的灯塔,建造优秀的生态文明有利于区域进步,更能为国家涉海产业与蓝色经济的发展添砖加瓦。通过对山东半岛海洋生态文明建设现状与存在问题的梳理、挖掘与实证研究,得出要强政策导向,重统筹兼顾;优产业结构,强产业创新;纳四方之才,保科技活力;倡海洋理念,促广泛参与这四项对策建议。The party＇s 18 th national congress put forward the five-in-one concept.The importance of the construction of ecological civilization has been showed.The twenty-first Century is the century of ocean.Countries have carried out the development of marine industry.China＇s development of ocean will continue deeply in this situation.How to create good environment for the development of China＇s ocean is an urgent problem to be solved.Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone is a beacon of marine economic development of our province.Marine ecological civilization construction conducive to regional development.And also conducive to national marine economic.Through the study on Shandong Peninsula marine ecological civilization construction of the present situation and problems,four measures have been found.
