摘 要:借鉴企业界的信息化管理思想,以提高资源利用率、服务满意率和馆员贡献率为目标,构建实体关系模型,设计和研发下一代高校图书馆管理系统,应用到图书馆的管理后台、门户网站、微信企业号、微信公众号以及界外系统中。系统提高图书馆管理水平,实时掌握图书馆动态,发挥馆员价值,提升服务效率和质量,让读者感受到图书馆资源与服务体系的完整性。系统实现单点登录、信息共享、协同办公、移动办公以及对资源与服务数据进行统一管理、关联和揭示,并为不同系统提供互操作的接口,解决国内高校图书馆普遍存在的数据孤岛现象。This paper draws lessons from idea of information management of enterprise, and designs next generation university library management system with the goal of improving resource utilization, service satisfaction, and librarian contribution. It constructs entity relationship model, and develops next generation university library management system, which is applied to the muhi-terminals, including library management platform, Library Portal, WeChat, and systems that outside the library boundary. And it improves the library management, obtains dynamic data timely, plays a greater extent in the role of librarians, improves service efficiency and quality, and lets the reader feel the integrity of library resources and services systems, Thus, this study solves the problem of interoperability across systems and data isolation, achieves single sign-on, information sharing, coordination office, mobile office, and implements unified management, association and reveals for resources and services data.
