摘  要:为了探究饲粮中添加发酵酒糟与未发酵酒糟替代部分饲粮精料对舍饲藏绵羊生产性能、养分表观消化率和经济效益的影响,试验选取60只体重为(37.0±1.3)kg、3岁左右健康空怀藏绵羊随机分为3组(每组4个重复,每个重复5只),其中对照组饲喂全混合日粮,未发酵酒糟组(试验1组)和发酵酒糟组(试验2组)分别饲喂添加未发酵酒糟和发酵酒糟替代17%精料的饲粮。预试期为15 d,正试期为90 d。结果表明:发酵酒糟组较其他组极显著提高了藏绵羊试验全期的平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.01),极显著降低了平均料重比(P<0.01),未发酵酒糟组较对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);未发酵酒糟组和发酵酒糟组饲粮的养分表观消化率(干物质、粗蛋白、总能、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,未发酵酒糟组和发酵酒糟组分别将藏绵羊的全期育肥效益提高了7.61%和75.00%。说明在藏绵羊的短期快速育肥饲粮配方中用发酵酒糟替代17%精料,能显著提高藏绵羊日增重,降低料重比,提高饲粮养分表观消化率和经济效益。To explore the effects of adding fermented vinasse and unfermented vinasse instead of partial concentrates in forage diets on the productive performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and economic benefits of Tibetan sheep in drylot feeding,60 healthy barren ewes of Tibetan sheep with body weight of( 37. 0 ± 1. 3) kg around the age of three were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates of 5 sheep each,including a control group,unfermented vinasse group as experimental group 1,and fermented vinasse group as experimental group 2. The control group was fed a total mixed ration,and the experimental group 1 and group 2 were fed the feed diets added with fermented vinasse and unfermented vinasse instead of 17% concentrates. The pre- feeding period was 15 d,and the test period was 90 d. The results showed that the group 2 highly significantly increased( P 0. 01) the average daily gain and dry matter intake or highly significantly decreased the average feed- to- gain ratio compared with the control and group 1,but there was no significant difference( P 0. 05) between the group 1 and the control. The nutrient apparent digestibility in the group 1 and the group 2,including dry matter,crude protein,gross energy,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,was significantly higher( P 0. 05) than that in the control group. The economic benefits of fattening Tibetan sheep in the group 1 and group 2 during the whole period increased by 7. 61% and 75. 00% compared with the control group,respectively. The results indicate that using the fermented vinasse to replace 17% concentrates in the formula for short- term rapid fattening of the Tibetan sheep,can significantly increase the average daily gain and decrease the feed- t- gain ratio,and improve the nutrient apparent digestibility and the economic benefit of the feed diets.
