摘  要:硫化氢(H_2S)是近年来发现的第三种气体信号分子,其在心血管系统中发挥着重要的生理作用。为了观察不同剂量的外源性H_2S对舒泰全麻大鼠心电的影响,在舒泰麻醉前20分钟分别用不同剂量Na HS溶液进行腹腔注射干预,然后测定全麻状态下各组大鼠10~50 min时间段内的心电图,并与对照组进行比较分析。结果表明:外源性H_2S可以显著降低Q-T间期时限,从而起到减缓心动过速或心律失常等异常现象,进而起到保护心脏的作用;S-T段、T段抬高值均显著减少,可能与心率减慢有关。Hydrogen sulfide( H_2S) is the third gaseous signaling molecule that discovered in recent years,and plays an important physiological role in the cardiovascular system. To observe the effects of different doses of exogenous H_2S on the electrocardiogram( ECG) in rats generally anesthetized by zoletil,different doses of Na HS solution were used for the intervention of intraperitoneal injection before 20 min of zoletil anesthesia. The ECGs in rats from each group between 10 and 50 min were determined under general anesthesia,and then were compared and analyzed with the control group. The results showed that exogenous H_2S could significantly reduce the Q- T interval time limit,and thus played a role in slowing tachycardia or arrhythmia and other anomalies,and protecting the heart. S- T segment,T elevation values were significantly reduced,which might be associated with bradycardia.
