摘  要:为了研究除草剂氟乐灵对蟾蜍蝌蚪红细胞的影响,试验采用蟾蜍蝌蚪为研究对象,用浓度为0.001 2,0.002 4,0.004 8,0.009 6,0.019 2 g/L的氟乐灵将其染毒,另以自来水为对照组,分别饲养24,48,72,96 h,再通过使用红细胞计数板制作临时装片,在显微镜下观察蝌蚪的微核及核异常现象。结果表明:0.001 2 g/L氟乐灵处理96 h,蝌蚪红细胞微核细胞率和核异常细胞率与各浓度和各时间段相比都是最小的,最小值分别为40.34‰和132.05‰。0.009 6 g/L氟乐灵处理48 h,蝌蚪红细胞微核细胞率及核异常细胞率与各浓度和各时间段相比都是最高的,最大值分别为118.95‰和747.54‰。在未经氟乐灵处理的对照组中,蝌蚪红细胞微核细胞率最大为21.68‰,核异常细胞率最大为53.68‰,与试验组相比是非常低的。另外,红细胞核的形态出现了微核、双核、核外凸、核内凹、核内空泡等多种核异常现象。说明在同一时间段内,氟乐灵的浓度与蝌蚪红细胞微核细胞率及核异常细胞率基本呈正相关趋势,但后来趋于平缓;而在同一浓度下,随着时间的增长,红细胞微核细胞率及核异常细胞率呈先增长后下降的趋势,也就是时间与红细胞微核细胞率及核异常细胞率不呈线性关系。To study the effect of trifluralin herbicide on the red blood cells in toad tadpoles,toad tadpoles were used as the research object in the test. The toad tadpoles from the experimental groups were administered with different concentration of trifluralin,including 0. 001 2,0. 002 4,0. 004 8,0. 009 6,and 0. 019 2 g / L,and then the other toad tadpoles were administered with tap water as the control group. All toad tadpoles were cultured for 24,48,72 h,and 96 h,respectively. Temporary slides were produced through the use of red blood cell count plate,and the phenomena of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies of red blood cells in the toad tadpoles were observed under a microscope. The results showed that the rates of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies of red blood cells in the toad tadpoles were smallest compared with various concentrations and various time periods using a treatment of 0. 001 2 g / L trifluralin for 96 h,and the minimum values were 40. 34 ‰ and 132. 05 ‰,respectively.The rates of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies of red blood cells in the toad tadpoles were highest compared with various concentrations and various time periods using a treatment of 0. 009 6 g / L trifluralin for 48 h,and the maximum values were 118. 95 ‰ and 747. 54 ‰,respectively.In the control group without the treatment of trifluralin,the maximum values of the rates of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies of red blood cells in the toad tadpoles were 21. 68 ‰ and 53. 68 ‰ in the control group without the treatment of trifluralin,respectively,which were very low compared with the experimental group. In addition,the morphology of red blood cells appeared a lot of phenomena of nuclear anomalies,including the micronucleus,dual- core,nuclear convex,nuclear concave,nuclear vacuoles,and so on. The results indicate that the concentration of trifluralin and the rates of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies of red blood cells in the toad tadpoles basically present a trend of positive correlation at the same time period,but then begin to flat
