摘　　要：为了探讨不同地区、不同品种马细胞因子含量,试验从伊犁地区、巴州地区、塔城地区随机选取哈萨克马、纯血马、焉耆马各20匹,纯血马、哈萨克马、焉耆马为一组,伊犁哈萨克马、塔城哈萨克马为一组,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量。结果表明:伊犁纯血马TNF-α含量与伊犁哈萨克马相比高,且差异不显著(P>0.05);与塔城哈萨克马相比高,且差异显著(P<0.05);与巴州焉耆马相比高,且差异极显著(P<0.01)。伊犁哈萨克马TNF-α含量与塔城哈萨克马相比高,且差异显著(P<0.05);与巴州焉耆马相比高,且差异极显著(P<0.01)。伊犁哈萨克马IL-6含量与伊犁纯血马相比高,且差异不显著(P>0.05);塔城哈萨克马IL-6含量与伊犁纯血马相比高,且差异极显著(P<0.01);巴州焉耆马IL-6含量与伊犁纯血马相比高,且差异显著(P<0.05);塔城哈萨克马IL-6含量与伊犁哈萨克马相比高,且差异极显著(P<0.01);塔城哈萨克马IL-6含量与巴州焉耆马相比高,且差异显著(P<0.05)。说明不同品种马TNF-α和IL-6参考数据比较时应考虑动物品种、气候环境、个体差异、饲养环境设施等的影响。To investigate the cytokine contents in different varieties of horses from different areas,20 Kazakh horses,thoroughbred horses,and Yanqi horses each,were randomly selected from Ili Kazakh prefecture,Bazhou prefecture,and Tacheng prefecture in the test. The thoroughbred horses,Kazakh horses,and Yanqi horses were set as a group,and Ili Kazakh horses and Tacheng Kazakh horses were set as a group. An enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） was used to detect the contents of serum tumor necrosis factor（ TNF- α） and interleukin- 6（ IL- 6） content. The results showed that the content of TNF- α in Ili thoroughbred horses was higher than that in Ili Kazakh horses,but there was no significant difference（ P 0. 05） between them; the content of TNF- α in Ili thoroughbred horses was higher than that in Tacheng Kazakh horses,and there was a significant difference（ P 0. 05） between them; the content of TNF- α in Ili thoroughbred horses was higher than that in Bazhou Yanqi horses,and there was an extremely significant difference（ P 0. 01） between them; the content of TNF- α in Ili Kazakh horses was higher than that in Tacheng Kazakh horses,and there was a significant difference（ P 0. 05） between them; the content of TNF- α in Ili Kazakh horses was higher than that in Bazhou Yanqi horses,and there was an extremely significant difference（ P 0. 01） between them. The content of IL- 6 in Ili Kazakh horses was higher than that in Ili thoroughbred horses,but there was no significant difference（ P 0. 05） between them; the content of IL- 6 in Tacheng Kazakh horses was higher than that in Ili thoroughbred horses,and there was an extremely significant difference（ P 0. 01） between them; the content of IL- 6 in Bazhou Yanqi horses was higher than that in Ili thoroughbred horses,and there was a significant difference（ P 0. 05） between them; the content of IL- 6 in Tacheng Kazakhh horses was higher than that in Ili Kazakh horses,and there was an extremely significant difference（ P 0. 01）
