象雄半细毛羊与澎波半细毛羊血液生理生化指标分析

摘　　要：为了明确高海拔环境下绵羊血液生理生化指标参考范围,试验采用动物全自动血细胞分析仪和自动生化分析仪对象雄半细毛羊与澎波半细毛羊血液生理生化指标进行了测定。结果表明:象雄半细毛羊血液中白细胞数及总蛋白、胆固醇含量极显著高于澎波半细毛羊(P<0.01),肌酐含量、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度显著高于澎波半细毛羊(P<0.05),红细胞数和红细胞压积显著低于澎波半细毛羊(P<0.05),丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶和谷氨酰转移酶活性极显著低于澎波半细毛羊(P<0.01)。To make clear the reference range of blood physiological and biochemical indexes in sheep under a high altitude environment,the automatic blood cell analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer were used to determine the blood physiological and biochemical indexes between Xiangxiong semi- fine wool sheep and Pengbo semi- fine wool sheep in the test. The results showed that the number of leukocytes,as well as the contents of total protein and cholesterol in blood of Xiangxiong semi- fine wool sheep was highly higher（ P 0. 01） than those in blood of Pengbo semi- fine wool sheep,and the contents of creatinine and average hemoglobin,as well as the concentration of average hemoglobin in blood of Xiangxiong semi- fine wool sheep were higher than those in blood of Pengbo semi- fine wool sheep（ P 0. 05）. The number of erythrocytes and hematocrit in blood of Xiangxiong semi- fine wool sheep was lower than those in blood of Pengbo semi- fine wool sheep（ P 0. 05）,and the alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase and glutamyl transferase activities in blood of Xiangxiong semi- fine wool sheep were highly significantly lower（ P 0. 01） than those in blood of Pengbo semi- fine wool sheep.
