摘  要:以康定木兰一年生枝条为实验材料,采用不同浓度的Na2S2O3溶液和柠檬酸溶液对枝条进行处理,测定其多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性及其变化规律。结果表明:不同Na2S2O3和柠檬酸处理浓度均对康定木兰枝条PPO活性具有抑制作用,其中1.0g·L-1 Na2S2O3和0.2g·L-1柠檬酸处理对康定木兰枝条中PPO活性的抑制效果最佳;随着处理时间的增加,PPO活性亦呈现先下降后上升的趋势,处理6h时的抑制作用最强。综合来看,1.0g·L-1 Na2S2O3或0.2g·L-1柠檬酸溶液处理6h对康定木兰枝条PPO活性的抑制效果最好。The effect of different concentration of Na2S2O3 and citric acid solution on PPO activity and its variations with time of Magnolia dawsoniana was studied.The results showed that PPO activity reduced significantly under the treatments of Na2S2O3 and citric acid.The lowest PPO activity was when the concentration was 1.0g·L-1 and 0.2g·L-1 for Na2S2O3 and citric acid,respectively.Similar with the concentration treatments,with the rising of time,PPO activity was reduce-increase trend,the lowest was 6htreatment.In a word,might carefully make conclusion that concentration of 1.0g·L-1 Na2S2O3,0.2g·L-1 citric acid and 6htreatment bestly reduced PPO activity of Magnolia dawsoniana.
