摘  要:为了研究在鹿复合麻醉剂作用下鹿血流动力学变化与血浆肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的相关性,试验选取6只健康成年梅花鹿,肌肉注射鹿复合麻醉剂0.04 m L/kg,注药前及注药后15,30,45,60,75,90,120分钟检测收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)及心率(HR),并同步采集颈静脉血样测定肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素(AⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)含量。结果表明:麻醉期PRA、AⅡ和ALD含量的变化与SBP、DBP、MAP变化趋势大致相似,存在着相关性。说明鹿复合麻醉剂引起的肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的变化参与了鹿血压变化的调节。To study the correlation between the hemodynamic changes in deer and the renin- angiotensin- aldosterone system( RAAS) in plasma in the effect of compound anesthetic for deer( CAD),6 healthy adult deer were selected and administrated with intramuscular injection of0. 04 m L / kg CAD. The systolic blood pressure( SBP),diastolic blood pressure( DBP),mean arterial pressure( MAP) and heart rhythm( HR) were monitored before administration and at 15,30,45,60,75,90,120 min after administration. The blood samples from jugular vein were synchronously collected to determine the contents of rennin( RPA),angiotensin( AⅡ) and aldosterone( ALD) in plasma. The results showed that the changes of PRA,AⅡ and ALD were similar to those in SBP,DBP and MAP,and correlation among them was found. The results indicate that the changes caused by the CAD in RAAS participate in the regulation of blood pressure changes in deer.
