高突矿井下水力冲孔有效半径考察及效果验证

摘  要:基于水力冲孔卸压增透机理,利用底板岩巷钻场对目标开采的高突危险性煤层进行穿层水力冲孔的有效影响半径以及卸压增透效果考察。通过瓦斯实时流量法,监测了冲孔过程中瓦斯流量的增减变化,进而确定了冲孔的有效影响范围;然后结合现场施工条件,对冲孔出煤量以及冲孔前后瓦斯抽采总量进行数据考察,对冲孔效果进行了总体验证。试验结果显示:水力冲孔单孔有效影响范围为6.4 m<R<8.8 m,该矿水力冲孔施工间距为9 m时可以达到最好的卸压增透效果;抽采时间为6周时冲孔前后抽采量提高了53%左右,完全达到了消突的目的。The author has investigated the effective influence radius and pressure relief and permeability increasing effect,utilized drilling field of floor rock pumping Lane based on the mechanism of hydraulic pressure relief and pressure relief. The change of gas flow in the punching process is monitored using real- time gas flow method,and then determine the effective range of the impact of punching.And then,the data of coal be rushed out and the amount of gas drainage before and after punching are investigated combined with the site construction conditions. Test results show: The effective influence range of the single hole of the hydraulic hole is R as 6. 4m R 8. 8m; The best pressure relief and increase effect can be achieved when the distance between the hydraulic punching and the construction is 9m. The volume of the pumping before and after punching increased by about 53% at 6 weeks of pumping,achieved the goal of Outburst Control completely.
