污水处理厂耐β-内酰胺类乳糖发酵型肠杆菌Ⅰ类整合子及基因盒研究

摘　　要：该文首先用PCR等方法,对闵行污水处理厂分离的β-内酰胺类抗性菌株中Ⅰ类整合子和基因盒的存在情况进行测定;其次,对含有Ⅰ类整合子-基因盒的抗性菌株抽提质粒,分析Ⅰ类整合子-基因盒所在位置;最后,探讨了含有整合子-基因盒菌株对多种抗生素的反应。In this paper,PCR techniques were used to detect the presence of classⅠintegron and gene β-lactam antibiotics which selected from sewage water samples. Second,the plasmid DNA were extracted fromβ-lactam resistant strains with classⅠintegron and gene cassette,which detected the position of classⅠinte-gron and gene cassette. Finally,the response of a strain containing classⅠintegron and gene cassette to an-tibiotics were investigated.
