摘　　要：通过使用超高碱值(TBN400 mg KOH/g)烷基苯磺酸钙与高碱值(TBN300 mg KOH/g)硫化烷基酚钙,配合一定量分散剂、ZDDP、无灰抗氧剂及其他功能剂,调制了船用中速机油TBN30产品,通过一系列实验室模拟评价手段,证明使用超高碱值及高碱值清净剂调制的船用中速机油产品,具备较优异的清净分散性能和抗氧抗磨性能,可用于四冲程中速机设备的润滑。By using high TBN（ 400 mg KOH / g） calcium alkyl benzene sulfonate and high TBN（ 300 mg KOH / g） sulfurized calcium alkyl phenate together with dispersant,ZDDP,ashless anti- oxidants and other functional additives,a TBN 30 marine trunk piston engine oil（ TPEO） was formulated. The results of a series of lab simulation evaluation indicate this TPEO has excellent detergency and dispersancy,good anti- oxidation and anti- wear abilities,it could be used in the lubrication of four stroke medium speed engines.
